Mekanisme yang demikian sangat menguras sumber daya, bahkan acap kali membuat manusia kehilangan kemanusiaannya. Satu hal yang bisa dilakukan ketika kita terjebak dalam situasi itu adalah jeda, yang berarti mengambil jarak dari rutinitas, meneliti kesatuan mind, body dan spirit, untuk memulihkan lagi kemanusiaan. Program JEDA adalah salah satu cara untuk kembali kepada kesadaran tubuh, jiwa dan ruhani.
